人人都想要成為高薪族,但你有這個潛力嗎?104人力銀行今發布「高新人才大
揭密報告」分析旗下近50萬名會員資料,若將各年齡層薪資前 5%者定義為「高
薪族」,要晉升高薪族的平均門檻為年薪138萬元;分析也發現,35歲是重要的
關鍵,35歲若還沒成為高薪族,接下來和高薪族的薪資差異倍數會明顯擴大。
104人力銀行分析旗下47.6萬名20到64歲、最近三年曾更新履歷及有完整填寫最
近一份工作年薪資訊者,將他們的年資由高到低排列,排名前 5%者定義為「高
薪族」,其餘是一般族。 分析發現,若比較各年齡族高薪族與全體年薪中位數
倍數差距,34歲以前約是1.7倍到2.2倍;但35歲以上,倍數明顯擴大,差異達
2.5倍到3.25倍。
104人力銀行總經理洪廣禮說,大學畢業後踏入職場,經過2到3年摸索期、就定
位、蹲馬步,35歲後高下立見。若以縣市別分析,受竹科影響, 達高薪門檻比
例最高的是大新竹地區,達8.6%;台北則有5%;離島連江縣因軍人較多,也有8.8%。
104人資學院副總經理花梓馨說,分析發現,要晉升為高薪族較容易出現「領導
性」、「冒險性」及「企圖心」等三大特性,包括願意主動承擔領導責任、 願
意嘗試風險並樂於體驗不確定性,以及會努力追求個人最大成就等。相反的,
若越重要的工作,越容易緊張而影響表現;不喜歡和別人比較或競爭等,愈不
